Valérie joined Astorg in 2024 and is a member of the Operations team in charge of Digital. Prior to this, Valérie was Chief Digital Factory officer at Carrefour and Global CX and Analytics director for the group. Before that, she was an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and co-leader of McKinsey Digital Labs.
Valérie started her career by founding Business Lab, a digital agency that became McKinsey & Company's exclusive partner in France. Valérie holds a Master’s in Management from Skema.
She is a French national and is based in Paris.
