We are an independent, partner-owned firm, led by people with a direct and long-term stake in Astorg’s success.
Our Executive Chairman and Co-Managing Partners work closely together to shape the firm’s direction. The Executive Chairman focuses on long-term strategy, investor relationships and the continuity of Astorg’s culture, while remaining actively involved in our Investment Committees. The Co-Managing Partners lead the firm day to day and oversee the execution of our strategic priorities.
Today, 16 active partners collectively own approximately 47% of Astorg alongside our Co-Founders and senior leaders. This broad ownership supports continuity across generations and keeps the people leading the firm closely aligned with its long-term success.
This model preserves the entrepreneurial spirit of a partnership while providing the governance and discipline of a scaled investment platform.
Executive Committee
Our Executive Committee brings together expertise across investment, portfolio performance, human capital, investor relations and corporate operations. A structured committee framework provides clear oversight and accountability, while enabling informed debate and effective decision-making.
