Astorg 2026 AGM: Strategy, innovation and partnership in Paris
Astorg’s 2026 Annual General Meeting brought together limited partners, portfolio company CEOs and management teams, Astorg professionals and guest speakers at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris.
Across two days of presentations, breakout sessions and informal conversations, participants explored Astorg’s performance and outlook, the evolution of its investment strategy and the initiatives supporting long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Bringing Astorg’s investment model to life
The AGM provided an opportunity to share Astorg’s performance, strategy and outlook, while demonstrating how sector expertise, disciplined execution and partnership shape the firm’s investment approach.
Plenary discussions examined portfolio construction, differentiated sourcing, creative dealmaking and active ownership. Speakers also shared practical perspectives on how artificial intelligence, talent and operational excellence can contribute to stronger and more resilient businesses.
AI was a central theme throughout the programme. Sessions focused on moving beyond experimentation to identify applications that can deliver tangible business outcomes across portfolio companies.
Together, these discussions illustrated Astorg’s approach to working closely with management teams: combining specialist knowledge, strategic support and operational capabilities to help businesses realise their long-term potential.
Creating direct dialogue with portfolio company leaders
Breakout sessions gave LPs the opportunity to engage directly with portfolio company CEOs in a more focused and interactive setting.
A total of 91 attendees took part in sessions featuring Acturis, Attikon, CordenPharma, Fastmarkets, Fenergo, IPL, Nexpring, Open Health, Sofico, Solabia and Third Bridge.
The smaller format encouraged substantive discussion, direct questions and deeper insight into each company’s market, strategy and growth journey. Post-event feedback highlighted the portfolio company breakouts as one of the most valued and distinctive elements of the AGM.
Introducing the Astorg Portfolio Hub
A major highlight of the 2026 edition was the launch of the Astorg Portfolio Hub: an immersive space designed to bring portfolio company innovation and expertise closer to our LPs.
Seven portfolio companies presented their capabilities through live demonstrations, product showcases and interactive experiences. The Hub also featured an immersive virtual reality experience, giving visitors a hands-on perspective on the technologies, specialist knowledge and growth stories behind the businesses Astorg supports.
By enabling direct exchanges with portfolio company teams, the Hub complemented the formal AGM programme and brought Astorg’s active ownership approach to life.
A closing conversation with Gabriel Macht
To close the 2026 AGM, Astorg welcomed actor and producer Gabriel Macht, best known for his role as Harvey Specter in Suits.
In a conversation that went beyond the screen, he shared reflections on leadership, winning, creative stewardship and the art of doing deals. The discussion also explored what makes stories endure and the discipline required to create and scale a successful global franchise.
His keynote brought an engaging and memorable close to two days centred on performance, innovation and long-term value creation.
