Thibault Veber joined Astorg in 2017 and currently serves as COO and Head of the Capital Markets team.
Since joining Astorg, Thibault has led over €20 billion of portfolio financing and an additional €5 billion in fund-level financing. As COO, he also oversees the firm’s Corporate Functions, including Fund Administration, Financial Information & Valuation, Group Finance, Risk, Tax, Compliance, and IT departments.
Prior to joining Astorg, Thibault worked in the leveraged finance teams at Nomura and Citigroup. He began his career in Citigroup’s M&A team in Paris, focusing on French private equity transactions.
Thibault is a graduate of HEC Paris and divides his time between London and Luxembourg.
