Luca Montenero

Luca joined Astorg in 2025 and is a member of the Investment Team.

Prior to this, Luca spent over three years at Bain & Company in Milan, where he was part of the Private Equity Group. He primarily worked on commercial due diligence projects (both buy-side and sell-side) for mid-market and large-cap funds in Italy, covering a broad range of industries including retail, consumer products, industrials, software, telecommunications, and energy.

Luca holds a MSc in Management Engineering with a specialization in Finance, as well as a BSc in Management Engineering, both from Politecnico di Milano.
