Partner, Chief Human Capital Officer
Sonia joined Astorg in 2019 and is a member of the Corporate Functions team. She is responsible for Organization and Human Resources across the firm.
Prior to joining Astorg, Sonia was Group Head of People, Organization and Development at LafargeHolcim, where she led succession planning, leadership development, and overall talent management.
Earlier in her career, she spent ten years as a Senior Partner at Whitehead Mann (now Korn Ferry), advising international corporations on board effectiveness, leadership assessment, and talent strategy. She previously worked as an investor at Apax Partners in Paris, focusing on LBOs and biotech, and began her career at Eli Lilly and Arthur Andersen in various roles across sales, marketing, and consulting.
Sonia is a graduate of the London School of Economics and INSEAD. She divides her time between Paris, London, and Luxembourg.
