Head of Change

Monty joined Astorg in 2026 and is a member of the Corporate Functions Team.

Prior to this, Monty was Business Design and Analysis Lead at Legal & General Asset Management, where she led business change, transformation and operating model initiatives, to deliver strategic and operational priorities across the firm.

Before that, she held a number of senior change leadership roles, including Head of Business Analysis at CMC Markets, with additional senior roles at Kleinwort Benson and AIG, focused on business transformation, programme leadership, delivery governance and operational change across financial services.

Monty started her career in the UK at UBS Investment Bank.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology, India and an MBA from Henley Business School.
