Judith CHARPENTIER joined Astorg Partners in May 2009, further to a 3-year experience with Morgan Stanley’s Mergers and Acquisitions group, in Paris then New York, as well as 1-year experience with Paris-based private equity fund Fondations Capital. Judith sits on the Boards of Gras Savoye and Ethypharm.
Judith, 32, is an ESSEC graduate and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Thomas CARBONEL joined Astorg Partners in May 2011, further to a 4-year experience at the French Treasury, where he worked first on corporate financing and on market regulation, and then, as a delegate Mediator, responsible for relations with private equity at the French Credit Mediation, where he advised distressed companies in their financing needs and in particular on LBO restructuring.
Thomas, 32, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the ENSAE, and holds a Master’s degree in Science from Stanford University.
Charles-Hubert LE BARON a joined Astorg Partners in May 2011 after a 2-year experience within the Transaction Advisory Services division of Ernst & Young in Paris, where he conducted a dozen of financial due diligence projects, notably in the aerospace, consumer goods, payment services and energy sectors.
Charles-Hubert also had several prior investment industry experiences with Lehman Brothers Asset Management, with Goldman Sachs’ and Rothschild & Cie’s Merchant Banking divisions.
Charles-Hubert, 29, is a graduate of Ecole des Mines de Paris.
