Rhianne Jones
Associate Director, Human Capital
Rhianne joined Astorg in 2026 and is a member of the Corporate Functions Team.
Prior to this, Rhianne was a People Business Partner at AlixPartners, a global management consultancy firm. Here, she managed the performance management processes and delivered initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
Before that, she held various operational HR roles within the public sector.
Rhianne holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck University of London, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Queen Mary University of London.
