Jérôme joined Astorg in 2025 and is a member of the Investment Team.

Prior to this, Jérôme spent 10 years as Managing Director at Sagard MidCap, where he completed a dozen of investments, mainly in Business Services and Healthcare.

Before that, Jérôme worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company in Paris, advising clients in the Telecom & Industrials sectors.

Jérôme started his career at Deutsche Bank in Mergers & Acquisitions. He graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure and HEC Paris.
