Guillaume de Malliard, 52, started his career in 1990 at Compagnie Bancaire, in charge of the financial and external communication. In 1995, he served as Chief of Staff of the Archbishop of Paris, Jean-Marie Lustiger. In 1998, he joined Paribas for two years where he oversaw the marketing and product engineering operations for the Private Bank in France. In 2000, he joined Rothschild & Cie Banque as Director of wealth engineering and development. In 2007, he was appointed Managing Partner at Rothschild & Cie Gestion in charge of Private Banking, then became, in 2011, Managing Partner at Rothschild & Cie Banque.
Guillaume de Malliard is a graduate from IEP (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) Paris and ENSPM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Pétroles et des Moteurs).
